Revolutionary, is headed to cajun country off his bobbing and weaving winning effort in the GIII Withers Stakes at Aqueduct last out to head up a potential full field of top 3-year-old probables for the 100th running of the $1,000,000, GII Louisiana Derby at Fair  Grounds Race Course & Slots on Saturday, March 30.

They’ll go a 1 1/8 miles around the Fair Grounds main track, as “100” Derby points will go to the winner here in this final big Derby prep of the season at the Fair Grounds this year as the winner will get to put a sure-fire, hammerlock on 1 of the 20 starting gates for the 139th, Kentucky Derby, Presented by, Yum Brands on Saturday, May 4th!

Code West, second in the GII Risen Star here back on Feb. 23, by just a nose,

Departing, Texas Heritage Stakes winner, at Sam Houston Park, last out!

GII Lecomte Stakes runner-up Golden Soul, who returned again in the GII Risen Star Stakes here with a sixth place finish.

GII Risen Star Stakes seventh-place finisher Mylute,

GIII El Camino Real Derby runner-up Nina’s Dragon,

GII Risen Star Stakes third-place runner, Palace Malice.

Eighth-finisher in the GII Risen Star Stakes, Proud Strike,

Gentilly Stakes winner here at the Fair Grounds, Sunbean,

Ground Transport, won a Fair Grounds Alw back on Jan 19th by 3 lengths run in 1:43.2 for that 1 1/16 mile tussle last out!

Hip Four Sixtynine, won a 6f Msw outing here on Feb. 23rd run in a snappy 1:10.4 by 3 1/4 lengths last out!

Titletown Five, another D.Wayne Lukas 3yo, came 2nd in the 6f Gazebo Stakes at Oaklawn Park last out back 1 1/4 length he surrendered in deep stretch with a dead flat winning time 1:12.00!

Whiskey Bravo, came 4th to Departing, in that same Texas Heritage Stakes last out and owns but a single Msw in 4 lifetime starts!

Brazilian Court, broke his maiden in a 1-mile Msw at Gulfstream 2-back, by an eye popping 19 1/4 lengths in a solid winning time of 1:36.4. Finished 2nd last out in the Obs Championship Stakes last out over the OBS poly surface losing by a 1/2 length that day!

Nominations closed on, March 16th with entries drawn on March 27th at 11:30 a.m. CDT in the Fair Grounds paddock area.

So, as you can see, another big field chalk full of top 2013 Derby want-to-be’s looks to be setting up for this final 2013 Derby Trail test here at the Fair Grounds in the $1,000,000 GII Louisiana Derby on Saturday, March 30th!
